Villa Marris: A Tranquil Oasis with Breathtaking Views

Villa Marris, also known as MRS, is a new, 3-bedroom villa situated at the top of Lurin above St Jean. Hidden at the end of a long driveway, from the main road that runs through Lurin between St Jean and Gustavia, Villa Marris is a tranquil oasis with truly breathtaking panoramic views.

The contemporary design centers around the views, which can be enjoyed from nearly all corners of the villa. This villa was designed to not just benefit from the views, but also from the refreshing breezes and Caribbean style, outdoor living.

A spacious, sectioned main room offers a large dining table just off the modern kitchen, and a living area with comfortable seating. Off the living room is a small hallway with on one end the first master bedroom with ocean views. It comes with a European king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and dressing. A second room is situated on the other side of the hallway, which offers garden views, and has a bathroom with shower in the hallway. This room has two twin beds that can be made up as a European king and is perfect for children, but can also suit adults. The second master bedroom is on the lower floor and has a large private terrace, ocean views, a European king sized bed, dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower.

There is ample outdoor space, with a covered terrace extending from the living room, which connects to the half moon shaped pool on the far end. A large gazebo offers seating and outdoor dining, and there is extra seating just behind.

Villa Marris is a perfect family vacation home, but will also suit two couples vacationing together, and comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, public Holidays not included.
